CLIENTâS SERVICE REQUEST The Client has to make a written request, through an email addressed to INFO@CODEOXY.COM asking for the service(s) or product. Alternatively, they may fill in the âRequest Quoteâ form that is available on our website. In both the cases, the client must attach and include their concept proposal for discussion.
COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE CodeOxy follows various processed for delivery of Client projects. Upon receipt of the clientâs detailed concept and the advanced cost for the service as agreed in the contract agreement between CodeOxy and the Client, CodeOxy developers will commence the project. The cost for the service(s) will be mutually agreed upon between CodeOxy and the Client and the same shall be mentioned in the contract agreement that will be signed by both the parties. The cost mentioned does not include GST and the Client shall separately bare the cost of GST, in addition to the cost for the service(s).
USER CONTENT In these terms of service, âyour user contentâ means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.
You grant to CodeOxy a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media.
