About Us
CodeOxy is a software development company providing Web & Mobile Apps, Plugins, UI/UX development and Graphic design services. We are a team of creative designers & developers providing secure, robust, user friendly and intuitive digital products as a service to clients.
Preamble
In this Agreement, the party granting the right to use the product or source code will be referred to as the “Owner or CodeOxy” and the party who is receiving the right to use the product or source code will be referred to as the “User.” “Parties”, or “Us”refers to both the Owner and User. Owner owns all proprietary rights in and to the copyrightable and/or copyrighted content including but not limited to apps, templates, plugins, source codes or any other content offered by CodeOxy. Any copyrighted works will collectively be referred to as “Work.”
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
License Terms & Types
1. Sole License
This type of license gives the User the right to use the Work on a single domain or project only. The user cannot transfer the license to another client or user. The Work cannot be offered for resale and distribution is not permitted.
2. Premium License
This is similar to the sole license with a slight difference. This type of license gives the User the right to use the Work on a single domain or project only. But, the user can transfer the license to another client or user at any time. The Work cannot be offered for resale and distribution is not permitted.
3. Non-Exclusive License
This type of license gives the User the right to use the Work on multiple domains or projects. This means that for a specific work, there could be several projects using it simultaneously. The user can transfer the license to another client or user at any time but, the Owner can still grant the use of the work to whoever else he wants. The Work cannot be offered for resale and distribution is not permitted.
4. Exclusive License
This gives an exclusive right to the User to use the Work in question. Once such a license gets granted to a user, no other persons can get the license and even the Owner is not allowed to use. An exclusive license allows a work to be used anywhere as the user wants and the Work can be transferred, offered for resale and distribution is permitted.
Copyright Information
All our Work are protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unless or otherwise stated, re-use or re-selling, transferring, distribution of any Work for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited. All Work belongs to CodeOxy and you may use them within the limits allowed by your license.
Defaults on Agreement
If User fails to abide by the obligations of this Agreement, CodeOxy shall have the right to cancel this agreement immediately with or without any prior intimation to the User.
Warranties
Neither party makes any warranties with respect to the use, sale or other transfer of the work by the other party or by any third party, and User accepts the product “AS IS.” In no event will the Owner be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, that are in any way related to the work. The owner cannot guarantee the work to function with all 3rd party hosting, servers, extensions, components, plug-ins, modules, JavaScript libraries or any other software products.
